We offer 24/7 online chat support. You can always click on the little speech bubble at the bottom right of the site to chat with one of our friendly customer service representatives. You can also email us at sales@sistaco.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

  1. Sistaco is a hygiene product, so for health and hygiene reasons; There is no right to cancel your order unless it has not yet been dispatched.
  2. If you suspect that your goods are defective; please emailsales@sistaco.com so we can assess the potential issue. Goods returned due to defects will be checked and, if necessary, a replacement will be delivered. Faulty Goods do not mean Goods which are defective as a result of your or a third party's negligence or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Any defects will be replaced as long as we have reasonable evidence such as a photo emailed tosales@sistaco.com .
  3. Please notify us immediately if any items are missing or damaged. Reports of damaged/missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
  4. Returning goods is at your own expense and we recommend registered post and proof of postage as you are responsible for the safe return of our products. If the goods are defective, we will refund the freight.
  5. All refunds will be made to your original method of payment and will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
