The Sistaco system should be stored in a cool, air-conditioned area away from natural sunlight. Our system should not be kept in your bathroom as it is constantly heating up and cooling down.


Store your Sistaco system right side up to keep it from drying out. Do not keep it upside down or lying flat as this can cause clumping and drying out at the neck of the bottle.


After use, keep the neck and rim of your Sistaco bottle clean by wiping with a lint-free cloth. This allows your bottle to close properly and prevents air from entering.


Make sure your Sistaco lids are always screwed tight to keep them airtight. We recommend closing the lid tightly after each coat of paint.

Almost any substance, natural or artificial, can cause a reaction in someone somewhere. Everyone is different and you might find yourself responding to something that thousands of others would easily use. For example, some people are allergic to wheat and others are not. Sistaco nail products are intended for the nail plate and not for the skin. Reactions are very rarely caused by applying the product as it should, but by contact with the skin before exposure. If our product gets on the skin, it should be removed immediately with a damp cloth or wipe. Do not use on damaged nails. While unfortunate, a reaction does not mean the product is unsafe for the general population and all of our products are federally recognized as safe and non-toxic. In the extremely unlikely event that a user experiences a mild reaction, please remove the product immediately and discontinue use. Most reactions to a product are very minor and quickly disappear on their own after use has ceased. All our products are tested and comply with global cosmetic standards.

Although the ingredients in “Mineral Bond” are fully certified non-toxic and 16-free; As with any product, there is always the possibility of sensitivity. This is rare with our system and everyone is different depending on their individual allergies, lifestyle etc. It is always best to read ingredient labels and look for known allergies and follow our step-by-step directions consequences. SNS or Dipping Powder is made from ground plastic and is actually not a real powder at all. The basic formulation for gluing the "dipping powder" is similar to a Super/Crazy Glue and essentially has a few components. However, Sistaco powders are a true mineral-based powder.

Our nail bottles are machine filled and hold 15ml (as opposed to the usual 10ml) and last on average for over 20 full manicures or pedicures! In the rare event of machine failure, Sistaco will not be held responsible for minor errors in fill level.

Our beautiful nail powder containers hold between 0.75 grams and 3 grams of powder and the amount the powder container appears to fill depends on how fine the mineral powder is inside. Sistaco's fabulous colors are often hand blended and weighed and every effort is made to ensure the exact gram weight is required. 1. Remove the Rapid Removal Hub top cover

Our stylus pens are a very popular addition to our range. They are sealed for first use and must be gently persuaded to encourage blood flow to begin. Simply stand brush side down on a table for about 5 minutes. Then gently, one click at a time; Twist the bottom of the pen (hold the pen down) to encourage flow and wait 15 seconds for flow to begin. Don't rush this as you will get too much flow. It will take a few turns. Once the flow starts, it only takes 1-2 clicks each time to promote more
formulation to flow. When finished, wipe the end of your brush with a damp cloth and stand upright (brush side up) for a few minutes, then store upright. Next time the flow will start faster with just 2-3 clicks. Wait before clicking again

After each use, clean the applicator before storing it. Do not use alcohol or acetone to clean your applicator.

Sistaco Base and Top Coasts are naturally slightly thicker than normal nail polish.

To make handling the base and top coat easier, you can try turning the closed bottle on its side and rolling between your hands. The warmth of your hands will help warm and thin the clear coats, especially if you are in a cooler climate or the air conditioning is on. Do not shake as this may cause unwanted air bubbles.

If that doesn't help, you can try running your tightly capped bottle under warm water to heat it up. Repeat this process until your polish is a good consistency.

Also, be sure to follow our safe storage and use instructions, including avoiding exposure to light

This can happen from improper storage, not wiping the rim/neck after use, or using it too close to natural or artificial UV rays.

Gently clean the brush with rubbing alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. Make sure you rinse the brush thoroughly with warm water and then dry it with a lint-free cloth before putting it back in the bottle. Do not use acetone to clean the brush as this can melt the brush.

To avoid this in the future, please be sure to follow our storage instructions.
